In recent years,light multi-rotor UAV has become an indispensable means in enhancing the efficiency of maritime administration with its small size,light weight,simple operation and low cost.However,due to the potential danger of UVA in conducting law enforcement,risk control should be strengthened in its application.First,safety control mechanisms should be established for UVA application.Second,relevant staff should be be enhanced to ensure professionalism.Third,the safety of UVA flight should be strengthened.Fourth,the awareness in the insurance and renewal for UVA should be enhanced.Fifth,industrial standards should be developed for the UAV application in maritime administration.
