摘    要:梳理甚高频数字交换系统(VDES)发展现状,分析VDES技术发展趋势和发展过程中面临的挑战;综合对比国内外VDES基站、VDES船台、VDES卫星的技术优缺点,并在VDES国产化、应用开发、设备准入、甚高频数字链路监测、VDES-R模式、标准体系、实施承担对象等七个方面提出我国VDES系统建设思路。

Abstract:The paper studies the existing conditions of the VHF data exchange system(VDES)and analyzes the technological development trend of VDES as well as the challenges in its development.It makes a comprehensive comparison on the advantages and disadvantages between domestic and foreign VDES base stations,bridges and satellites.It also puts forward suggestions on the VDES development of China from the aspects of VDES domestication,application and development,equipment admittance,VHF digital link monitoring,VDES-R mode,standard system and objects of implementation.
