公路隧道防排水系统施工技术研究

摘    要:公路隧道修建过程中会遇到各种不利地质条件,隧道穿过富水地层时,丰富的地下水能延误施工工期,降低施工质量,增加施工成本,甚者造成施工人员伤亡,因此隧道防排水系统的施工显得尤为重要。从隧道防水和排水结构或构造角度出发,从注浆堵水施工、防水卷材施工、橡胶止水带施工、二次衬砌抗渗施工、排水盲沟及截水沟施工系统介绍了防排水体系的施工技术,最后结合某公路隧道防排水施工实例,分析了公路隧道防排水系统重点施工技术。

Abstract:During the construction of highway tunnel,various unfavorable geological conditions will be encountered.When the tunnel passes through the water-rich stratum,abundant groundwater can delay the construction period,reduce the construction quality,increase the construction cost,and even cause casualties of the constructors.Therefore,the construction of tunnel waterproof and drainage system is particularly important.From the point of view of tunnel waterproof and drainage structure or structure,this paper introduces the construction technology of waterproof and drainage system from grouting and waterproof membrane construction,rubber waterproof belt construction,secondary lining anti-seepage construction,drainage blind ditch and drainage ditch construction system.Finally,combined with a highway tunnel waterproof and drainage construction example,the paper analyses the construction technology of waterproof and drainage system and key construction technology of waterproof and drainage system of road tunnel.
