深水裸岩旋挖钻清水桩基施工技术研究

摘    要:为了确保深水裸岩河床地质条件下的桥梁工程桩基施工的质量和保护环境,合理地优化钻孔灌注桩成孔方案,通过采用旋挖钻和气举反循环设备,以实际成桩施工质量、汉江水质为研究对象,借助超声波无损检测仪、水质监测仪进行成果检测,开展了深水裸岩桩基旋挖钻清水成孔施工技术的研究。结果表明,以上方法可以有效地确保深水裸岩河床地质条件下的桩基施工质量。

Abstract:In order to ensure the quality of pile foundation construction of bridge project under the geological conditions of deep-water bare rock and to protect the environment,the pore-forming scheme was reasonably optimized.By using rotary drilling rig and air-lifted reverse circulation equipment,a study was carried out on the construction technologies of pile foundation in deep-water bare rock with rotary drilling rig.The quality of pile construction and the quality of water from Han River were detected respectively by ultrasonic non-destructive testing instrument and water quality monitoring instrument.The results show that the proposed method can effectively ensure the construction quality of pile foundation under the geological conditions of deep-water bare rock.
