盐化物融雪沥青混合料路用性能及应用研究

摘    要:介绍了组成盐化物融雪沥青混合料的主要成分以及原材料的技术指标,并通过设计不同盐化物掺量配合比方案,对比分析了沥青混合料路用性能的变化规律。研究结果表明:盐化物的掺入对提升冻融作用下沥青混合料的路用性能有显著效果;随着盐化物掺量的增加,沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温稳定性及水稳定性均不断提升,采用方案四制备的盐化物融雪沥青混合料路用性能最佳;结合对实际工程的现场观察验证了采用方案四制备的盐化物融雪沥青混合料,在抑制路面结冰及加速融雪方面效果显著。

Abstract:This paper introduces in detail the main components of salinized snow-melting asphalt mixture and the technical indexes of raw materials,and compares and analyzes the changing law of road performance of asphalt mixture by designing different mixture proportion schemes of salinized mixture.The results show that the addition of salt has a significant effect on the road performance of asphalt mixture under freeze-thaw action.With the increase of salinized content,the high temperature stability,low temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture are continuously improved,and the pavement performance of salinized snowmelt asphalt mixture prepared by scheme 4 is the best.Combined with the field observation of practical engineering,the salt prepared by scheme 4 is verified.Compound snowmelt asphalt mixture has a remarkable effect on suppressing pavement icing and accelerating snowmelt.
