考虑滑道脱空的多滑道PC箱梁顶推过程中受力性能研究

摘    要:通过建立某顶推连续PC箱梁ANSYS参数化模型,分析顶推过程中滑道脱空工况下支反力及主梁受力变化规律。计算结果表明:滑道脱空对支反力影响较大,多滑道同时脱空可引起相邻滑道支力剧烈增大;在脱空状态下,主梁顶板压应力降低,底板压应力增大,节段变形基本呈横向分布,多滑道脱空时节段变形影响大于单滑道脱空。

Abstract:By establishing an ANSYS parameterized model of a continuous PC box girder for jacking,the support reaction force and the main beam force change law under the slipway emptying condition during the jacking process were analyzed.The calculation results show that the skid evacuation has a great impact on the support reaction force.Simultaneous evacuation of multiple skids can cause the support rebate of adjacent skids to increase dramatically.Under the evacuation state,the compressive stress on the top plate of the main beam is reduced and the compressive stress on the bottom plate The deformation of the section is basically distributed laterally,and the effect of section deformation is greater than that of the single slide when the multi-slide is vacated.
