沥青质量快速检测技术方法及应用研究

利用衰减全反射红外光谱技术对沥青质量快速检测方法进行了研究。通过考察基质沥青标准样品的试验方法、重复性测试误差、再现性测试误差、噪声水平,分析了此技术对沥青质量控制的可行性;通过建立基质沥青标准红外谱图,确定了比对谱图相关性系数阈值。研究结果表明:待测样品谱图与标准谱图在全谱图范围、特征区、指纹区相关系数≥99.00%,标准偏差≤5.0%,认为待测沥青样品与标准沥青样品相符。利用该检测技术方法对在建高速公路进场沥青进行实时质量监控,结合沥青物理性能指标对品牌不符合沥青进行分析研究,给施工单位提供全面的咨询意见。此方法与行标JTG E20-2011《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》物理性能指标测试方法相比,操作简便快捷,结果输出迅速,更适合于公路工程现场沥青质量的控制。

Rapid Detection Technology and Application of Asphalt Quality

Rapid identification method of bitume quality was studied by attenuated total reflectance infrared spectroscopy.By investigating the test method,repeatability test error,reproducibility test error and noise level of matrix asphalt standard sample,the feasibility of this method for bitume quality control was analyzed.By establishing standard infrared spectrogram of matrix bitume,determined the threshold of correlation coefficient.The result of research shows that:The correlation coefficient between the spectrogram to be tested and the standard spectrogram in the full spectrogram range,characteristic region and fingerprint region is more than 99.00%,and the standard deviation is less than or equal to 5.0%,indicating that the asphalt sample to be tested is consistent with the standard asphalt sample.The method is used to monitor the real time quality of asphalt which coming into the constructed expressway,analyzed and studied the no conformed brand asphalt according to the asphalt physical performance index,and provided the construction unit with comprehensive advice.Compared with JTG E20-2011"Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering",the method is simple and quick in operation,accurate and rapid in output,and more suitable for the control of bitume quality in highway engineering site.
