公路桥梁过渡段路面压实度的变异性与施工控制技术

摘    要:公路桥梁过渡段路面压实度不足时会影响行车舒适性和安全性,长此以往还会对桥梁和道路结构的安全使用造成威胁。为此以某公路为例,对公路桥梁过渡段路面压实度的变异性与施工控制技术进行了研究。首先对既有沥青路面压实度检测数据及其变异性进行了介绍,然后就本道路实际情况,对压实度的影响因素进行分析,最后针对各影响因素,提出了相应的施工控制措施。研究成果表明:样本路段的路面压实度平均仅为94.69%,其最大值和最小值分别为100.3%和87.4%,变异系数高达3.52%,造成这一现象的原因主要有压路机行进速度过快、道路基层表面平整度较差和沥青混合料碾压时温度过低等;为此,施工过程中我们应该从保证各面层结构厚度、严格按照试验确定的压实方案进行碾压、提高道路基层表面平整度和确保碾压时沥青混合料温度不低于设计值等方面予以控制。

Abstract:Insufficient pavement compactness in the transition section of highway and bridge will cause vehicle jump at the bridge head,which seriously affects driving comfort and safety.In the long run,it will also pose a threat to the safe use of bridges and road structures.Therefore,this paper takes a highway as an example to study the variability of pavement compaction and construction control technology in the transition section of highway and bridge.Firstly,the existing asphalt pavement compactness test data and its variability are introduced.Then,according to the actual situation of the road,the influencing factors of the compactness are analyzed.Finally,according to the influencing factors,the corresponding construction control measures are put forward.The results show that the average road compactness of the sample sections is only 94.69%,the maximum and minimum values are 100.3%and 87.4%respectively,and the coefficient of variation is as high as 3.52%.The main reasons for this phenomenon are that the speed of road roller is too fast,the surface roughness of road base is poor,and the temperature of asphalt mixture is too low during rolling.Therefore,in the construction process,we should control it from ensuring the thickness of each surface layer structure,rolling strictly according to the compaction scheme determined by the test,improving the surface smoothness of road base and ensuring that the temperature of asphalt mixture is not lower than the design value.
