轻骨料喷射混凝土在公路隧道漏水治理中的应用研究

摘    要:轻骨料混凝土与普通混凝土相比其单位体积的重度轻,在公路隧道渗漏水治理中有其独特的优势。从轻骨料混凝土的力学特性和施工工艺出发,通过实验的方法研究了轻骨料混凝土和普通混凝土不同龄期的抗压强度和抗拉强度,通过实验数据可得,与普通混凝土相比轻骨料混凝土的早期抗拉和抗压强度低,但其28d龄期的抗拉和抗压强度均大于普通混凝土,因此轻骨料混凝土在力学特性方面优于普通混凝土材料。对于隧道漏水病害而言混凝土的抗渗性能是决定其工程应用的重要指标,通过实验的方法研究了不同配合比下轻骨料混凝土的电通量,并得出当水灰比为0.47,粉煤灰含量为15%,硅灰含量为5%时其电通量最小,抗渗性能最佳。最后以某公路隧道为工程背景,研究了轻骨料喷射混凝土在隧道漏水病害治理中的应用。

Abstract:Lightweight aggregate concrete is lighter than ordinary concrete in unit volume,which has its unique advantages in the treatment of leakage water in highway tunnel.Based on the mechanical properties and construction technology of lightweight aggregate concrete,the compressive strength and tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete at different ages are studied by experimental method.The experimental data show that the early tensile and compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete is lower than that of ordinary concrete,but its 28-day age is lower than that of ordinary concrete.The tensile and compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete is higher than that of ordinary concrete,so lightweight aggregate concrete is superior to ordinary concrete in mechanical properties.For tunnel leakage,the impermeability of concrete is an important index to determine its engineering application.In this paper,the electric flux of lightweight aggregate concrete under different mix ratios is studied experimentally.It is concluded that when the water-cement ratio is 0.47,the content of fly ash is 15%,and the content of silica fume is 5%,the electric flux is the smallest and the impermeability is the best.。Finally,this paper takes a highway tunnel as the engineering background,and studies the application of lightweight aggregate shotcrete in the treatment of tunnel leakage disease.
