摘    要:隧道洞口路段是高速公路运营安全高风险点,目前我国规范对高速公路隧道入口及隧道内占道作业时的交通组织设施提出了明确规定,但缺乏对隧道出口路段的相关要求,实践中交通组织随意性大,风险高,极易引发严重交通事故,迫切需要作业指导和安全监管依据。通过现场测试、问卷调查与理论分析相结合的方法,分析了高速公路隧道出口路段行车特征,提出了基于视认安全的关键交通标志设置与基于变道安全的上游过渡区起点设置位置标准,及作业区起点距隧道出口不同距离下的3种交通组织方法,最后通过实例进行了验证。

Abstract:Tunnel entrance and exit sections are high risk points of expressway.At present,related specifications have put forward clear regulations on the traffic organization facilities of occupying-road construction at tunnel exit section or inside the tunnel,However,the requirements in expressway tunnel exit section are lacking.Traffic organization is always random with high-risk in practice,which is easy to cause serious traffic accidents.Therefore,it is urgent to obtain rules for operation guiding and safety supervision.Field test,questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis were introduced to this study,and the driving characteristics were analyzed,the reasonable position of key traffic sign setting based on visual safety and the starting point position of upstream transition area based on lane changing safety,then three traffic organization methods were proposed under different distances between starting point of operation area and the distance of tunnel exit.
