基于全寿命周期理念的城乡结合部公路排水设施设置研究

摘    要:城乡结合部公路位于城市与乡村之间,受城镇化的影响,路基排水设施改造为城市道路或两侧土地开发利用时被拆除与废弃,使用时间短,资源浪费大。通过分析城乡结合部公路排水的特点及面临的主要问题,提出全寿命周期理念设置城乡结合部公路的排水设施,结合地理空间与城镇化发展进程,将城乡结合部公路排水分为两侧在开发、待开发及未开发等3种路段类型。通过对不同路段路基排水设施的灵活设置,实现近期建设为远期所用,节约社会资源,对城乡结合部公路排水设施的设计及建设具有较强的参考价值。

Abstract:Highway in the urban-rural fringe is located between the city and the countryside.Influenced by urbanization,the subgrade drainage facilities are dismantled and abandoned when they are transformed into urban roads or the land on both sides of the highway is developed and utilized.The use time is short and the resources are wasted greatly.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and main problems of urban-rural junction highway drainage,this paper puts forward the concept of life cycle to set up the drainage facilities of urban-rural junction highway,and divides the drainage of urban-rural junction highway into three sections,i.e.two sides in development,to be developed and not to be developed,combining geospatial and urbanization development process.Through flexible installation of subgrade drainage facilities in different sections,recent construction is for long-term use and social resources can be saved.It has a strong reference value for the design and construction of highway drainage facilities in the urban-rural fringe area.
