| 摘 要： | 公路工程总承包模式的运作过程、管理模式、合同责任和风险分配与传统的施工承包合同差异很大，因而总体上加大了总承包商的合同责任和风险。在公路工程总承包模式的推广实施过程中，准确识别和合理划分总承包管理模式的各类风险是项目顺利实施的关键。

| Abstract: | Overall contract mode about highway engineering is different from traditional contract pattern inoperations process, management pattern, contractual liability and risk allocation. It increases contract risks and liabilities of chief contractor on the whole. In the course of implementation of highway project overall contract pattern, the key of smoothly executing project is reliably recognizing and rationally defining various type of risk of overall contract management pattern. |
