城市轨道交通轨面不平顺调整的实践

摘    要:
城市轨道交通线路整体道床下沉后,如何调整轨面平顺度是一项重要的课题.对增加铁垫板下调整垫层高度后轨道刚度的变化、轨道几何形位的稳定性等方面进行研究,认为在目前条件下轨道结构尚处于稳定状态,但轨道结构的动态稳定性还需作进一步的研究.使用刚性较大的酚醛环氧玻璃板作为轨面的调高垫板是可行的.

Abstract:
After the settlement of the concrete integrated ballast of urban rail transit,an important project research is how to reduce the cost of adjusting the track profile irregularity.Until now,a local section settlement of the concrete integrated ballast in Shanghai Pearl Urban Rail had happened,the maximum adjusting value 73 mm is over the adjusting capacity of the WJ-2 fastener.The paper describes how the adjusting affects the variery of the track longitudinal stiffness,the stability of the track geometry,and points out that more research projects for the settlement of the concrete integrated ballast shall be made.The main purpose of the researth is to reduce the maintenance cost of the concrete integrated ballast and to enhance the track structure stability.
