纤维沥青混凝土的动态参数试验研究

摘    要:通过动态抗压试验和动态劈裂试验研究了不同纤维掺量沥青混凝土的动态性能参数。选用5种聚酯纤维掺量的沥青混凝土圆柱体试件和马歇尔试件,每种纤维掺量制作4个试件,在MTS810材料试验机上进行试验。通过试验确定不同纤维掺量沥青混凝土的动态抗压模量和劈裂回弹模量,对纤维沥青混凝土的动态性能机理进行了分析,并且讨论了动静态抗压模量之间的关系以及纤维掺量与动态模量之间的关系。结果分析表明,加入纤维后的沥青混凝土表现出与普通沥青混凝土相似的动态响应规律,沥青混凝土的动态模量与纤维掺量之间存在较好的相关性,适量的加入纤维会改善沥青混凝土的动态模量等主要动态参数,从而有效增强其综合路用性能。根据动、静态分析结果的基础上给出此种聚酯纤维沥青混凝土的合理纤维掺量在0.20%~0.25%之间。

Abstract:Dynamic splitting test and dynamic compress test are conducted to study the dynamic parameters of fiber reinforced asphalt concrete.Four Marshall samples and four cylinder samples of fiber reinforced asphalt concrete with five polyester fiber contents(by weight)are tested on MTS810.The dynamic compressive modulus and the split resilient modulus of fiber reinforced asphalt concrete are obtained,dynamic mechanism of asphalt concrete with different fiber contents is analyzed,relations between dynamic compressive modulus and static compressive modulus as well as relations between fiber content and dynamic modulus are discussed.Results indicate that dynamic response of fiber reinforced asphalt concrete is similar to common asphalt concrete,and there are better correlation between fiber content and dynamic modulus.The inclusion of proper polyester fibers can improve dynamic parameters of asphalt concrete and effectively increase road performance.It is concluded that the reasonable fiber content is between 0.20% and 0.25% on the basis of dynamic and static analysis results.
