车站桩板结构的施工工艺及应用

摘    要:车站桩板结构路基是高速铁路无碴轨道的一种新的结构形式,由下部的钢筋混凝土桩基和上部的钢筋混凝土承载板组成,承载板直接与轨道结构连接。它综合了板式无碴轨道或双块式轨枕埋人式无砟轨道结构与桩基础各自的特点,充分利用桩土、板土之间的共同作用,以满足对无砟轨道强度和沉降变形的要求。综合自己的施工经验对桩板结构路基的施工工艺和应用进行了总结。

Abstract:Station pile-plank embankment is a new structural style of ballastless track of rapid transit railways,composed of abdominal reinforce concrete pile foundation works and upper reinforce concrete loading plates which are joined with track structure directly.It integrates the features of slab ballastless track or double-block sleepers for flush type ballastless track structure and pile foundation and uses the combined action of pile-soil and plate-soil fully in order to satisfy the demand of strength and settlement deformation of ballastless track.This paper summarizes the construction experience for construction technology and application of pile-plank embankment.
