高速动车组用制动夹钳材料的研究

摘    要:对高速动车组用制动夹钳材料的化学成分、铸造性能及热处理工艺进行了介绍。浇铸了3种型号的制动夹钳,并对其进行了静强度试验、扭矩疲劳试验和振动疲劳试验。试验结果表明,该材料生产的制动夹钳各项性能指标完全满足200~300km/h动车组制动的要求。

Abstract:The chemical compositions, casting properties and heat treatment techniques for the materials of brake calipers used on high speed EMU are presented. 3 types of brake calipers are produced, followed by static strength test, torque fatigue strength test and vibration fatigue strength test, and the testing re- sults indicate that the performances of the materials used to produce brake caliper can satisfy the requirements for brake operation of EMUs running at 200 - 300km/h.
