摘    要:通过320国道衢州段路面大修的工程实践,阐述TLA改性沥青制备、混合料配合比设计、拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压过程及其质量控制要点,表明TLA改性沥青混合料具有良好的抗低温、高温性能。该工程的实践证明:改性沥青的制备、施工各环节的温度控制是施工质量控制的要点:该材料适用于交通量大、重载的夏热冬寒地区。

Application of TLA Modified Asphalt in Project HMA in Quzhou Section of No.320 State of PCC for Road

Abstract:Through the heavy repair practice of pavement on Quzhou section of No. 320 State Road, the preparation, mixture design, mixing, transportation, paving, roller process and quality control points of TLA modified asphalt are expatiated on, indicating that TLA modified asphalt has good low-temperature and high-temperature resistance performance. According to the practical experiences of the engineering, it is educed that the preparation of modified asphalt and the temperature control of all aspects of construction are points of construction quality control, and the material is suitable for use in the area with large traffic volume, heavy duty, hot summer and cold winter.
