换填砂垫层的实用优化设计法

考虑从基坑开挖到垫层回填整个过程,建立以规范为约束的换填砂垫层优化设计实用模型,通过算例分析了取不同砂垫层承载力标准值对优化结果的影响。实例计算表明:与试算法设计相比,采用该优化设计方法不但能够减少砂垫层的换填量,而且可以直接得出基坑的最优挖方量。

Practical optimization design method for replacement sand cushion

Considering the whole process of the cushion from the excavation to backfilling, we constructed the optimization utility model for replacement sand cushion under consideration of code as constraint. According to this model, we analyzed the impact of different standard values of bearing capacity of sand cushion against the optimal results by an example. The example shows that compared with the trial algorithm design, the use of this optimization method can not only reduce the amount of sand cushion filling but also be able to directly derive the optimal pit excavation volume.
