摘    要:现有的道路工程泥石流勘界范围的确定未能充分考虑道路沿线泥石流的活动范围与治理方式。为了减少道路工程泥石流勘界不清或不合理带来的问题,从道路工程防灾减灾的角度出发,结合道路沿线泥石流成灾特点,以及泥石流调查、泥石流活动范围预测与灾害评估、泥石流灾害防治管理等工作要求,提出了道路工程泥石流勘界方法和流程,并探讨了道路工程泥石流勘界红线的权属和划定问题,最终形成了道路工程泥石流勘界的合理确定方法。

Abstract:Current boundary survey method couldn't fully consider the movement range of debris flow along road and the way of its treatment.In order to weaken the problem caused by the unclear or unreasonable boundary survey of road debris flow,a method,including its operation flow chart,was proposed from the point of disaster prevention and reduction in road engineering.The method was proposed with the considerations of the characteristics of debris flow disaster forming and the requirement in the works of debris flow investigation,prediction of debris flow movement and evaluation of potential disaster,and management of debris flow disaster prevention and cure.The topics of the land right of debris flow boundary red-line in road engineering and its layout were discussed.The reasonable method of debris flow boundary survey in road engineering was established based on the fruit mentioned above.
