摘    要:介绍了步进电动机单步响应应特性的微机测试系统,研究了五相混合式步进电动机五边形接法的轻重步现象,指出对绕组五边形接法的五相混合式步进电动机,存在着两步一循环的轻重步现象,绕组由4组通电变为5相通电时为一重步,绕组由5相通电变为4相通电时为一轻步,理论分析与实验结果相符。

Abstract:A microcomputer-based measuring system of stepping motors is introduced.Based on it, the light and heavy step phenomenon in 5-phase hybrid stepping motors, with pentagon drive mode, is investigated. Focusing on the change of phase-current caused by half-step (4-5) mode, it is proposed that the heave step phenome non occurs from 4 to 5 phases excitation, and the other way round,the characteristics of single step response is a light one. Experimental results agree with the theoretical ones.
