摘    要:针对风帆助航系统的主要控制要求和功能,提出了一种基于PROFIBUS—DP现场总线的分布式风帆助航系统控制方案。系统为三级控制:驾驶台控制、机舱控制、帆旁现场控制,以SIMATICS7系列PLC为核心,分布式I/O设备作为从站,组成两级控制网络,以保障系统的冗余程度和安全性。在此基础上针对PLC的开发和上位机的组态提出解决方案。

Abstract:Based on the main control elements,requirements and functions control system,this paper proposes a distributed control system of sail-assisted ships using PROFIBUS-DP field bus.The proposed control system consists of three levels: bridge,central control,engine-room control and sail-side control.This system,which uses SIMATIC S7 series PLC as the core and distributed I/O device as the slave station of the control system,has two-level control network.It ensures required safety and redundancy.This paper also proposes the solutions to the development of PLC and the configuration of host computers.
