摘    要:Novachip超薄磨耗层是一种延长路面寿命、改善行驶质量、纠正表面缺陷、提高安全特性的有效预防性养护措施,具有施工速度快、路面抗滑能力强、排水性好,且使用寿命长等诸多优点,但也有其使用范围中的限制。广东省2003年就在深圳铺设了实体工程,但至今在高速公路还未大范围应用,仍处于探索之中。对Novaehip超薄磨耗层技术的优缺点进行了分析,同时介绍近期广清高速公路北段路面养护中选择Novachip技术的工程实例。

Abstract:Novachip ultra -thin wearing layer is a good effective preventive measure to extend the road life, to improve the traffic quality, to correct the defects of the surface and to improve the security features. Novachip ultra- thin wearing layer has many advantages as fast construction, favorable anti - slide features, good drainage performance and long life. But there are some restrictions in use. Since 2003, Novachipuhra -thin wearing layer has been used in the highway of Shenzhen in Guangdong Province, but it has not been widely applied in the field of expressway construction as it is still within the stage of research. We have analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the Novachipultra-thin wearing layer, and have introduced the experience of the practice of Novachip? ultra -thin wearing course in Guangqing Expressway.
