Inquiry into the Key Technology of Tank Truck for Gas Unloading Bulk Cement

The construction feature and unloading principle of flowing bed of the tank truck for gas unloading bulk cement are stressed in the article,and structure design of some key components of the flowing bed such as material guiding slip board,gas chamber,etc. has been studied. The layout of outlet pipe and function of components in the compressed air piping system are presented,and also the combining ratio during the procedure of unloading is inquired into and analysed.
