| Abstract: | At present, the industry of ship building and repairing in China is confronted with the bottleneck in its development with the shortage of high-quality professionals as the focus. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the ship engine building and repairing specialty, the paper probes into the talents training program which meets the needs of the job market. |
