机车蓄电池检测技术探讨与应用

摘    要:针对目前铁路机车蓄电池对机车质量造成的影响,通过对蓄电池的几种常规检测方法:放电容量检测、电解液密度检测及其他检测方法等的分析和比较,指出各种检测方法的优缺点,提出对蓄电池采用动态监测手段的必要性。根据检测到数据来判断电池质量的好坏,从而提高了蓄电池的使用寿命,减轻工人的劳动强度,具有很好的经济效益。

Abstract:By comparing the advantage and disadvantage of the different storage cell detection methods,this paper points out the necessity of storage cell properties dynamical monitoring.By analyzing the measurement data,the storage cell quality can be identified.In addition,using storage cell detection technology can prolong the working life of the storage cell and alleviate the labor intensity of the workor and indirectly acquire enomous economic benifit.
