船舶临界倾覆状态的功能分析

摘    要:
在船舶临界倾覆的状态的仿真过程中,用动能定理进行了各种因素的功能分析。证明;阻尼耗散能达到位能之半,导致临界风倾力矩显著增大,不可忽略。要准确地估算临界风倾力矩还需计及波浪扰动力矩作功和变惯性矩所引起的动能增量。

Abstract:
In the simulation of ship critical capsize condition, the work and engery are analysed.Damping dissipation energy, which is about half of potential energy, leads to significant increase of critical wind heeling moment. In order to estimate critical wind heeling moment accurately, it is necessary to calculate the work produced by wave exciting moment and the kinetic enery increment produced by variable inertia moment. Ultimate load method adopt ed by present stability rule is oversimplified, and leads to uncertain deviation and safety al lowance. The concepts of statical stability and dynamic stability contradicts general basic mechanics theory.
