高性能路面混凝土的配制研究

摘    要:由于双掺减水剂和矿渣,改性混凝土的抗弯拉强度较普通混凝土有大幅度的提高,压折比和抗压强度下降,柔性上升。除力学性能有显著改善外,修补混凝土的干缩与抗冻也有大幅度提高。机理分析可知,双掺减水剂和矿渣可以改善混凝土的工作机理和内部结构,因而大幅度提高了其路用性能。

Abstract:The flexural strength of modified concrete is evidently improved by double using water reducing agents and slag, so that compressive strength and compressive strength/flexural strength ratio is descended and the flexibility of concrete is ascended. Besides the evident improvements of mechanical function, the dry shrinkage and the freezing resistance of repair concrete are all enhanced evidently. It is obvious that water reducing agent and slag can improve the road performance of concrete through improving the workability and inner structure of concrete on the basis of mechanism analysis.
