因人制宜与隐性思想政治教育

摘    要:因材施教,是孔子在多年的教育实践过程中,总结出的卓有成效的教育方法。因人制宜是因材施教思想的现代化,就是针对不同学生群体的特点和资质,施以相应的教育,使不同个性的人都得到发展。隐性思想政治教育课程可以打破班级授课制的限制,充分考虑个体差异,有利于实现因人制宜的思想政治教育。贫困学生、精英学生和问题学生是三个不同个性的学生群体。应该充分考虑他们的个体差异,因人制宜地施以教育,是隐性思想政治教育开展的必然要求。

Abstract:Teaching students according to their aptitude is a fruitful method summarized by Confucius in education practice process. Taking measures suited to each person is the modernization of the thought, which means different education for different students according to the different students community characteristic and intelligence and enables different individuality to obtain development. Hidden political and ideological education can realize taking measures suited to each person because it can break limits by teaching in individual difference fully. Impoverished students, outstanding students some problems are three different individual students communities. It is class and consider and students with the inevitable request to consider their individual differences fully and take measures suited to each person.
