摘    要:采用元器件计数法和元器件应力分析法,对JXY175型工矿用液力传动内燃机车所使用的山东潍柴WP6.180柴油机ECU电控单元外围手动控制电路进行了可靠性预计,以此为例说明2种可靠性预计方法在系统研制、设计阶段的作用与意义.

Abstract:The reliability of the external circuit of the manual control system of ECU in diesel engine WP6.180,which is produced by Weichai Power Co.,Ltd.and applied in industrial diesel-hydraulic locomotive JXY175,is analyzed in the paper.In the process of reliability analysis,both component counting method and component stress analysis are used.Taking them as examples of reliability analysis,the function and significance of reliability prediction in the phases of system developing and designing are demonstrated.
