摘    要:文章针对海船系泊码头时出现的水下船体异常腐蚀问题,进行杂散电流的产生原因分析,在对码头上经常出现的接地线、电焊接线、市电供电3方面问题进行研究的基础上,提出码头电化学保护设计、连接钢缆绝缘、在码头设计专用接地装置、规范焊机的连接与放置等预防系泊海船水下船体异常腐蚀的技术与管理措施。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the reason of engendering miscellaneous electric-current, which leads to underwater hull exceptional corrosion of the sea-vessel berthed at the pier. It also puts forward the protective design for electrochemical methods based on standarding earth-line connection, electric welding line and marketable electric power supply by connecting steel-cable, equiping special pier earth-line and normalizing the connection and placement of electric-welding machine.
