桁架式钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋混凝土灌注时受力的简化计算

摘    要:该文针对钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋灌注中爆管事故频发问题,采用平面简化计算方法与空间有限元方法对桁架式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥灌注钢管及缀板腔内混凝土时拱肋的受力特性进行了分析。分析表明:桁架式拱肋在灌注钢管内混凝土时一般可满足要求,而在缀板腔内混凝土灌注过程中,钢管与缀板交界处以及缀板横向中心位置始终存在较大的应力,而泵送压力太小则又将施工工序复杂化,建议对缀板腔进行型钢加劲。

Abstract:In view of frequent pipe breaking faults when the arch rib of steel pipe concrete arch bridge is poured, the article uses the plane simplifying calculation method and the space finite element method to analyze the bearing characteristics of the arch rib when the concrete is poured into the steel pipe and the batten plate chamber of truss type steel pipe concrete tied arch bridge. The analysis makes clearly that the truss type arch rib can generally meet the requirements when the concrete is poured into the steel pipe. But in the course of pouring the concrete into the batten plate chamber, the larger stress always exists at the junction of steel pipe with batten plate and at the transverse central position of batten plate. The too small pumping pressure will make the construction procedure complicated. The article suggests the carrying out of the section steel stiffening for the batten plate chamber.
