铁路桥梁架设电动轨道式滑移梁装置的研制及应用

摘    要:以贵昆线铺架工程施工为背景,通过对桥梁架设中滑移梁工艺的深入研究,改变传统的将桥梁支座落在圆钢滚杠上人工滑梁工艺,研制出电动轨道式滑移梁装置,给单铺双架桥梁横向滑移带来极大的便利,既保证了滑梁的平稳性,确保了滑梁的安全,又节省了人力,降低了劳动强度,同时能够有效地加快架梁速度。

Abstract:Based on the track-laying & bridge erection construction of Guizhou-Kunming line, and through deep research into the glide girder techniques, an electric orbital glide girder device has been developed. It changes the traditional manual glide girder technique which puts the girder' s support on round steel rollarounds, and brings great convenience to cross glide in single track laying & double thread bridge erection. This technique can guarantee glide girder's stability, ensure its safety, and save the manpower, reduce the labor intensity, at the mean time, could effectively accelerate the girder erection.
