| 摘 要： | 报告我院１９９５年临床应用８例冠脉内球囊扩张式支架的经验，全部手术成功，狭窄血管病变由平均９０％扩张至－１０％，随访无合并症，讨论了支架适应症选择、支架植入术操作技巧、术后抗凝治疗和随访观察。
