结构仿真在简统化地铁车辆牵引逆变器模块结构中的应用

摘    要:城市轨道交通牵引装备中的牵引逆变器存在着吊装方式不一致的问题,严重制约了产品研发周期和成本。为实现牵引逆变器的简统化设计,结构仿真对变流器模块结构和柜体结构的刚度、强度和疲劳寿命进行校核,提高了产品设计的可靠性,保证了简统化设计的成功实现。

Abstract:The problem with traction inverter is that the hoisting manner have inconsistent design in urban rail transit traction equipment,which seriously restricted the product development cycle and cost. In order to achieve the simplification design,the paper has taken the structure simulation for converter module and the cabinet, the stiffness are obtained, as well as the strength and fatigue life. The structure simulation can improve the reliability of the product design and ensure the implementation of simplification design.
