摘    要:牵引齿轮传动系统是机车行走部的关键部件之一,它是将电机输出扭矩传递给机车轮对以实现牵引的装置。传统的牵引齿轮设计计算,未考虑实际运行在各种工况下齿轮啮合错位,在齿轮传动系统的设计及计算中存在着弊端。文章以某新型设计机车驱动系统参数为模型,通过Romax软件建立齿轮传动系统模型并进行分析,最后提出了优化设计方案。

Abstract:Locomotive traction gear transmission is one of the key components,which is the motor output torque to the drive wheels for traction devices to achieve. Conventional traction gear design calculations does not consider the actual operating conditions in a variety of gear misalignment,so that disadvantages exist in the design and calculation of gear transmission. This paper sets a new type of design parameters for the model locomotive drive system. Gear transmission models are built and analyzed through Romax software. Finally the optimized design is put forward.
