轨道车辆铝合金厚板搅拌摩擦焊焊接工艺研究

摘    要:文章介绍采用熔化极惰性气体保护焊和搅拌摩擦焊不同工艺所对应的城轨车辆枕梁及车钩板的接头设计,并对这两种焊接工艺及其对应接头的机械性能作了对比研究,指出了厚板搅拌摩擦焊中易出现的问题及注意事项,为搅拌摩擦焊在轨道车辆铝合金厚板的工程化应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:This paper presents the welding joints design obtained by fusion welding process and friction stir welding process for mass transit vehicle corbel and coupling board, giving the contrast research of mechanical faculty on welding joints under the two different welding process. The notice items and problems that easily appears in friction stir welding process of thick board are indicated,which makes a foundation for engineering application of FSW on rail vehicle aluminum alloy thick board.
