基于极化曲线方法的不锈钢悬挂座耐蚀性测试

摘    要:针对ZG0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢悬挂座铸件在使用过程中发生的锈蚀现象,利用极化曲线方法分别对表面处理状态不同的试样进行试验,试验结果表明经达克罗表面处理的试样耐蚀性高于经酸洗钝化表面处理的试样。

Abstract:According to the corrosion phenomenon of ZG0Cr18Ni9 Ti stainless steel suspension seat cast in application,this paper makes tests on samples in different surface treatment state,using polarization curve method.The test results prove that the corrosion resistance of sample with Dacromet surface treatment is higher than that of the sample with pickling passivation.
