Abstract:This paper presents the process characteristics of locomotive air cylinder shell and the rolling process with NC four-roller plate bending machine. According the convex shell phenomenon,the pre-loading process and rolling process control are optimized. The process optimization of locomotive air cylinder shell with NC four-roller plate bending machine is achieved.
