高摩擦系数合成闸瓦热负荷研究

摘    要:采用热一结构顺序耦合对货车高摩擦系数合成闸瓦在紧急制动工况和长大坡道调速制动工况下进行热应力仿真分析,并从材料的微观角度分析闸瓦摩擦表面的摩擦情况。结果表明:紧急制动时闸瓦的瞬态最高温度和最大应力满足要求;而调速制动时,最高温度和最大应力分别达到651.1℃、62.4MPa,应力超出闸瓦的极限值。仿真结果较为真实地反映了整个制动过程中闸瓦的瞬态温度和应力变化情况,且闸瓦一次制动满足要求。

Abstract:On the condition of the emergency break process and long slope break process, this paper uses the method of thermal-structural order coupled for the simulation of the heat stress of break shoes with high frictional coefficient of the freight train. Also, it needs to analyze the frictional status of the break shoe surface from the microcosmic of the material. It is proved that during the emergency break process, the transient maximum temperature and the maximum stress meets requirements. But on the condition of long slope break they are 651.1 ~C and 62.4 MPa separately,the maximum stress exceeds the limits of the break shoe. The result of simulation responses to the transient temperature and stresses of the brake shoe in the whole braking process accurately, and the brake shoe meets the requirement of one braking process.
