摘    要:本文对470Q汽油机连杆进行设计,首先根据连杆的工作条件对连杆进行了方案设计,包括材料和结构型式的选择,连杆长度等基本参数的确定;然后利用经验公式及经验数据对连杆组进行了结构参数确定,包括连杆体、小头衬套、大头盖和连杆螺栓,并对所确定的参数进行了刚度和强度的校核计算,确保连杆的机械负荷在许可范围内;最后利用AutoCAD对连杆进行了详细结构设计。
