基于workbench的汽车防滚架强度特性分析

摘    要:防滚架是现代汽车赛事中保障乘员人身安全的关键组成部分,本文根据国际汽联对防滚架相关技术要求,建立了二菱EC9A车型的防滚架有限无模型,利用ANSYS Workbench对防滚架进行了静侧翻动力学仿真,得到防滚架关键部位的应力和变形曲线,并对该型防滚架结构强度进行了评价。该分析方法及计算结果对防滚架的设计与强度分析具有一定的实际参考价值。

Abstract:The roll cage plays an important role on personnel safety in modern car races. According to FIA roll cages relevant technical requirements, a finite element model about the roll cage of the Mitsubishi CE9A was developed in this paper. The static rollover dynamics of the roll cage was simulated by ANSYS Workbench. Based on the simulation, the stress and detbrmation curves of key parts are obtained, and the strength of the roll cage is evaluated. The method of analysis and results has some practical reference value for the car roll cages design and strength analysis
