EMU250转向架一系悬挂试验设计与研究

摘    要:对一系悬挂进行力学性能试验是改善车辆动力学性能的重要手段。文章简要分析了EMU250转向架一系悬挂结构与原理,设计了一系悬挂组对滚动与滑动加载2种试验方案,重点分析了滚动加载试验方案,研究了一系悬挂垂向刚度和疲劳性能,结果表明一系悬挂垂向刚度呈正线性,疲劳次数对刚度影响较小,试验设计达到了预期效果,研究成果对轨道车辆一系悬挂的研发和试验起指导作用。

Abstract:The primary suspension for mechanical test is an important means to improve the performance of vehicle dynamics.The paper briefly analyzes the suspension structure and principles of EMU250 bogie,designs the rolling and sliding two kinds of load test programs,emphatically analyzes the rolling load test program and studies the vertical stiffness and fatigue properties.The results show the vertical stiffness of the suspension is a positive linear stiffness,the number of fatigue is less impact,and the test design achieves the desired effect.The research results can give guidance for the development and test of rail vehicle primary suspension.
