摘    要:目的 探讨多药耐药相关蛋白 (MRP)和P 糖蛋白 (P GP)在原发性肾癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法对 46例原发性肾癌进行MRP和P GP的检测。结果 MRP及P GP在肾癌的表达率分别为 6 3% (2 8/ 46 )和 85 % (39/ 46 ) ,MRP及P GP的表达与肾癌的组织分级无关。结论 原发性肾癌中MRP及P GP高表达 ,其可能为肾癌内源性耐药的重要机制。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the expression of multi dr ug resistanceassociated protein and Pglucoprotein in human renal carcinoma.MethodsSABC immunohistochemisty was performed to detect th e expreesion of multidrug resistanceassociated protein(MRP) and Pglucoprotei n(PGP) in 46 patients with the renal carcinoma.ResultsThe po sitive expression rate of MRP was 63%(28/46) and PGP was 85%(39/46) in renal c arcinoma. Statistical analysis showed that there was no relationship between the expression of MRP and PGP in renal carcinoma and degree of renal tissues.ConclusionMRP and PGP may contribute to the intrinsic drug r esistance,and the detection of MRP and PGP may be useful in selecting chemothe rapeutic drug.
