摘    要:氯离子侵蚀是造成高桩梁板码头钢筋锈蚀、承载力下降、寿命缩短的首要原因。通过分析海洋环境下高桩梁板码头钢筋锈蚀的全过程,以及码头构件抗力衰减的影响因素,在蒙特卡罗法的基础上,抽样时采用超拉丁立方抽样方法,计算了高桩梁板码头体系可靠度,最后给出了某码头横梁钢筋锈蚀深度及体系可靠度随时间的变化曲线,并根据体系可靠度变化曲线预测了码头寿命。寿命预测结果较为合理。

Abstract:Chloride ion erosion is the leading cause that makes the reinforcement rust, bearing capacity drop, and life de- crease. The corrosion process of reinforcement and the influence factors of reduction of resistance of construction members of concrete slabs and beams on standing piles are analyzed. Based on the Mente Carlo method and adopting Latin Hypercube Sampling method when sampling, the reliability of concrete slab-beam system on standing piles is calculated. Finally, the curve of reinforcement corrosion depth of beam changing with time and the curve of system reliability changing with time of one wharf is provided, and the life is predicted according to system reliability curve. The life prediction result is reasonable.
