天津临港佳悦粮油码头钢管桩腐蚀防护及效果调查

摘    要:介绍了天津临港佳悦粮油码头钢管桩防腐工程的方案决策、涂层和牺牲阳极阴极保护的设计方案、施工过程质量控制、竣工验收以及竣工2年后的检测等内容。实践证明,通过科学经济的防腐方案决策,合理的设计,严格的施工过程控制,天津临港佳悦码头防腐工程达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:Decision making and design proposal for coating protection and sacrificial anode cathodic protection, quality con- trol in the process of application of the anti-corrosion technology and final acceptance of the works as well as effect of the anti- corrosive engineering application investigated two years after the completion of the works for Tianjin Lingang Excel Joy Grains and Oils Wharf are presented in this paper. It is proved that the effect of the anti-corrosive engineering are satisfied by the means of scientific and economic program proposal, rational design and strict quality control.
