Calculation for consolidation degree and settlement in strengthening of soft soil by preloading and drainage

The supervision on soft base,which is a part of information construction,plays an important role in construction organization.Based on the monitoring data of the soil foundation treatment,some common methods are used to calculate the degree of consolidation and the final settlement.With comparison and analysis,the differences between them are discussed.Furthermore,the applicability and limitation of these methods are presented,which provide a reference for subsequent similar work.
