摘    要:利用ANSYS软件建立了30 t轴重浴盆式敞车车体的有限元模型,并基于材料非线性和几何非线性特性对车体进行了分析,得到了车体结构的Von Mises应力云图和结构响应曲线。分析结果表明,车体结构的应力-应变响应曲线满足材料的本构关系,在规定的纵向压缩载荷下不会发生屈曲失稳现象,满足AAR M—1001《货车设计制造规范》的要求。

Abstract:The finite element model of a bathtub type gondola carbody with the axle load of 30 t is established with ANSYS,and the carbody is analyzed based on the geometric nonlinearities and material nonlinearities behaviors,the Von Mises stress nephogram on the gondola carbody structure and its structure response curve are obtained.The results show that the stress-strain response curves accord with the constitutive relation of the material,and the carbody will not be buckling under nominal longitudinal compression ...
