摘    要:OBD-Ⅱ系统是国Ⅲ和国Ⅳ排放标准实施的必要条件,其性能参数的采集是实时监测汽车尾气排放的基础。采用HCS08单片机系列之一的MC9S08GT 60MCU开发车用OBD性能参数多通道数据采集系统,采集汽车上与排放相关的零部件上的传感器信号,并通过串口与LabVIEWVISA接口通信,实现数据的读取和存储。试验证明,此系统工作稳定可靠。

Design on Multichannel Data Acquisition System for Vehicle OBD Performance Parameters
Abstract:OBD-Ⅱsystem is the necessary condition of Stage III and Stage IV Emission Standard implementation, and the acquisition of OBD performance parameters is the basis of real -time monitoring vehicle emission. The multichannel data acquisition system for vehicle OBD performance parameters is developed using MC9S08GT60 MCU of HCS08 series, and the signals of sensors installed on the auto parts emission-related are collected. At the same time the data is read and stored through communication between serial interface and LabVIEW VISA interface. The experimental result shows that this system works steadily and reliably.
