| 摘 要： | 巩固和提升区域中心地位是城市不变的目标,但是城市更应注重区域中心应该具有的责任感和使命感。通过对区域中心定位的解读,广州市确立了“共享”的区域交通发展理念。在全面分析了城市面临的机遇和挑战后,通过明确目标、分解任务和保障政策三个方面系统地阐述了广州市的区域交通发展战略规划,用以指导未来城市区域交通基础设施的规划、建设和运营。
