SR743-FCP转叶式舵机电磁隔离阀故障自动监测系统的设计与应用

摘    要:本文提出了某船SR743-FCP转叶式舵机电磁隔离阀故障的监控设计理念。该监控系统采用了闭合式开关和异或门比较器,将操舵信号源与电磁隔离阀动作信号源进行比较,一旦电磁隔离阀出现故障不能动作,系统将会自动发出报警信号,从而实现对舵机安全运行自动监测的功能,此设计在舵机实际操作中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:This text expound the design philosophy of rotary vane teering Gear electromagnetic isolation valve, the system take the Closed switch and Xor gate comparator, To compared the signal source and electromagnetic isolation valve actuating signal, if there is fault, the system will be alarmed, to realized the function of Automatic monitoring and safe run, the system of design has high application value.
